WHEN A PROBLEM ARISES:

Track STRESS so I can get in early and fix it before I muck things up…


Learn to Sit with FEELINGS so I can understand what they mean without freaking out  and I making bad choices.


★ Understand the Story of where I have come from and how it affects my CONFIDENCE and how you COPE.
★ Manage my RELATIONSHIPS in a way that 1st -does no harm, and 2nd, helps others.
